At the Town Council Meeting on 23rd March 2015 Llanfair Town Council voted to take over the running of the town's Public Toilets from Powys County Council to prevent their closure. A grant is available form PCC which will enable to toilets to remain open and the Town Council intend to use local people and service to keep this vital facility open.
